Join us as a Warranty Manager – every day, you will support our customers and colleagues by expertly managing warranty processes and providing clear, confident advice based on your knowledge and experience.

What does the role of Warranty Manager  involve?

• Manage and process warranty claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company policies
• Liaise closely with manufacturers, colleagues, and customers to resolve warranty issues quickly and fairly
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support all claims and audits

• Identify trends in claims and proactively recommend improvements to reduce repeat issues
• Be the first point of contact for any warranty-related queries within the business

 What do you need to succeed as Warranty Manager?

• Strong organisational and administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Proven experience in the motor industry and a solid understanding of warranty procedures
• Confident communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Customer-focused, with the ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally
