Due to continued growth, our Glasgow based site have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

As a Warehouse and Distribution Manager, you'll use your knowledge and experience to oversee all warehouse operations and distribution activities, ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective storage and movement of goods. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll play a key role in maintaining high service levels, optimising inventory control, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous operational improvement across the business.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with: 

• Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing warehouse teams
• Managing warehouse and distribution operations to meet customer and business requirements
• Promoting a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment
• Driving continuous improvement through effective use of systems, data, and performance metrics
• Supporting cost control, operational efficiency, and business growth initiatives

Do you have what it takes to be a Quickco colleague? We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience leading warehouse and distribution operations.
• Strong organisational, planning, and people-management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, communication, and cost control.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Counter Balance FLT Licence and First Aid certification are advantageous.
