Sitting within our Technology & Innovation team and reporting directly to the Director of Change & Innovation, you will play a key role in shaping new ideas into structured, actionable plans that drive real impact. This role offers opportunity to lead cross-functional change initiatives, working across multiple areas of the business to bring strategic concept to life.

Your Journey as a Transformation Analyst:
- Play a key role in shaping and delivering initiatives that drive our Corporate Strategy forward
- Break down complex business challenges, identifying the most critical factors to address
- Apply hypothesis-led thinking and strategic frameworks to develop solutions at pace
- Use data-driven insights to build compelling business cases and guide decision-making
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring progress and alignment with business priorities
- Leverage project management tools to drive seamless execution and deliver measurable results
Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? What we’re looking for:
- Experience in assessing complex business challenges, breaking them down into clear, actionable components, and developing strategic solutions that drive meaningful outcomes
- A track record of applying critical thinking and structured problem-solving methodologies to tackle ambiguity and make informed decisions
- Experience in translating high-level business goals into practical initiatives, using data-driven insights to shape and refine strategy
- Proven ability to anticipate potential risks, evaluate multiple perspectives, and implement solutions that align with business objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel, to support data analysis and reporting
- A strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovation within an organisation
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable collaborating across teams, building strong relationships across the business
