As a Service Advisor Apprentice, you’ll have the opportunity to master a diverse range of skills, whilst gaining a valuable Level 2 qualification in Customer Service. 

What will I be doing as a Service Advisor Apprentice? 

• Learning invaluable knowledge to support your progress into a Service Advisor role, whilst gaining useful insights into other aspects of the Aftersales areas, such as the Parts department 

• Building customer service skills and developing advanced selling skills 

• Gaining an introduction to financial planning and digital marketing 

• Undertaking on-the-job training whilst earning an academic qualification 

• Being assessed along your training journey, and supported by industry experts to help you achieve the next step 

What skills do I need to succeed as a Service Advisor Apprentice? 

• Grade 4 / C in English and Maths
• Enthusiasm, ambition and a growth mindset 

• A passion for the motor industry 

• Dedication to providing an impeccable level of customer service 

• An appetite to learn and progress
