Part Time - 35 Hours per Week 

Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months Maternity Cover

Do you have exceptional administration experience? You could be the Sales Coordinator that we are looking for!

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be highly organised, provide exceptional admin support to our Fleet/Commercial Sales team and help them to exceed their sales objectives. In return, we’ll support you with training, development and the opportunity to take your career to the next level.

As the Sales Coordinator at our site, your role will include:

• Putting our customers’ needs at the heart of absolutely everything you do
• Focussing on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
• Accurately ordering vehicles within given time frames
• Allocating registration numbers and taxation for new vehicles and make sure all the paperwork and documentation is correct.
• Invoicing and registering manufacturer warranties.

To be successful in the Sales Coordinator role, you’ll need:

• To be highly organised and conscientious
• To be able to plan and prioritise your own work to tight deadlines
• Have a working knowledge of spreadsheets and in-house computer systems
• To be accurate with superb attention to detail and possess the sort of confidence and communication skills that inspires trust in colleagues and customers alike
