If the answer to the above is yes, then we want to hear from you! Our hugely successful BMW Dealership is seeking an Apprentice to join our dynamic team in the new Retail Sales Apprenticeship programme with Stratstone

Here at Lithia UK, we believe in growing and nurturing talent and as a Retail Sales Apprentice with us, you’ll be given the support of a dedicated mentor and internal training opportunities, all geared towards helping you become the best version of yourself whilst progressing as a Sales Executive. 

Your Journey as a Retail Sales Apprentice: 

• Managing meaningful face-to-face customer relationships while consistently delivering a high standard of customer service for every customer 

• Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised 

• Handling enquires over the phone and in person, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your own enquiry database 

• Embracing the opportunity to learn by shadowing your sales mentor, absorbing their expertise and insights 

• Identifying and fulfilling the requirements of each customer, ensuring their needs are exceeded 

Qualities We Seek in a Retail Sales Apprentice: 

• Unwavering enthusiasm, drive and motivation to consistently achieve and exceed your sales targets 

• A dedication to flawless customer service, with experience of creating memorable moments for customers and a genuine passion for making their new car journey a special one 

• A real desire and commitment to learning and personal development, with aspirations to reach foundation degree-level qualifications 

• Express a keen willingness to learn new skills to become a professional salesperson representing the brand at the highest level 

• Hold a minimum grade C or grade 4 in English and Maths
