Regional Director

Regional Director – Stellantis, A Pillar of Lithia UK Group

Reporting to the Group Vice President, the Regional Director oversees a portfolio of Stellantis dealerships, driving operational excellence, profitability, and compliance with brand standards. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, developing strong leadership teams, and applying strategic, commercially driven, and hands-on management to achieve sustainable growth in line with group and manufacturer goals.

We welcome applications from across the UK. With the addition of a second region, there is flexibility to tailor regional coverage, and for the right candidate, territories may be adjusted to best suit your location.

Your journey as Regional Director:

  • Performance Management: Drive the financial and operational performance of your region, ensuring excellence in customer service and administrative control across all areas 
  • Business Planning:  Work closely with the GVP to Formulate and implement comprehensive business plans and budgets, ensuring the achievement of ambitious objectives for your area. 
  • Operational Oversight: Conduct monthly dealership reviews, challenge forecasts, and negotiate with manufacturers to achieve the best outcomes for your dealerships 
  • Collaborative Excellence: Work collaboratively with the Heads of Business in your area, sharing best practices and ensuring consistency across the franchise 
  • Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop high performing teams, fostering a culture of growth, continuous improvement, and excellence 
  • Legal and Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding the company’s reputation and operational integrity 

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We are looking for someone who is:

  • A proven high-performing operational leader in a senior level position within automotive retail 
  • Experience within Stellantis franchises is preferred but not essential
  • Exceptional team leadership skills, capable of driving performance within your team and collaborating effectively across multiple locations 
  • Hands-on approach to operational execution, balancing strategic planning with the agility to implement this across a dedicated regional area 
  • A self-starter mentality with the adaptability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines effectively 
  • Highly influential communication skills, adept at articulating ideas and delivering these concisely to your teams 
  • A proven track record demonstrated by upper quartile performance across all measures in your current business
