A basic salary of £25,480 and a bonus of £4,000, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
As Digital Expert, you’ll be joining the Porsche team, that reports directly to Wolverhampton. You’ll be accountable for ensuring the entire online appearance of the Centre is maintained to the highest standard and fits the overall brand and marketing strategy. The purpose of the role is to increase and improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty through various digital marketing activities and managing the process of social leads through various online channels.
So, what’s it all about, the role:
- You’ll be accountable for managing and maintaining all digital platforms, dealer web page / social media channels, with the latest up to date content, while working with the marketing team
- You’ll be confident in your approach to dealing with online customers and queries by assisting and directing them to the appropriate place or person
- Ensure that complete customer data is maintained to a high quality in the CRM system by working closely with the CRM team
- Drive customer satisfaction and positive 5 star customer reviews to improve/maintain dealer reputation
- You’ll be working closely with the Porsche Pro; this will enable you to quickly and accurately respond to product and technology related questions
- You'll be providing the sales teams with any online enquires that generate through any digital posts and platforms
- You'll be a Digital expert, keeping up to date with online trends and utilising social media platforms to their fullest to support great enquiry leads
