Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Maximising performance by developing and executing the Parts department business plans.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, monitoring customer service levels and providing the necessary support to Service and Sales departments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating with the wider Aftersales and Sales teams on a daily basis.
• Ensuring all company and manufacturer disciplines, procedures, and reporting analysis are adhered to.
• Experience in a parts management or supervisor role, leading a team in a high-pressure environment to deliver an above budget financial performance.
• Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise effectively in a commercial environment.
