Do you love providing incredible customer service? We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Parts Administrator.

Putting the needs of our customers at the heart of absolutely everything we do; you will focus on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times. You will deal with a variety of jobs to support the smooth running of the parts department. Some of the tasks are; dealing with parts purchase invoices/credits, GRN’s, liaise with customers to obtain purchase order numbers, help with stock checks and deal with manufacturer parts claims. Whilst also carrying out general parts admin and filing etc.

What do you need to succeed as a Parts Administrator?

• A highly organised individual with the ability to provide exceptional admin support to our parts team.
• The motivation to help the team to exceed their targets and objectives.
• The ability to plan and prioritise your own work to tight deadlines.
• A working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and in-house computer systems would be an advantage.
• Superb attention to detail.
• A confident individual, with communication skills that inspires trust in colleagues and customers alike.
