£2,000 joining bonus available for all experienced Technicians.

Why Evans Halshaw?

Basic salary: up to £33,000, depending on skills and experience.

OTE: up to £39,000, with uncapped earning potential.

Guaranteed bonus for your first 3 months – details to be discussed at interview.

What you’ll bring:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in automotive paint refinishing, including preparing and painting vehicle panels to a high standard.
• Strong skills in surface preparation, masking, colour matching, paint mixing, spraying and blending, with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence assessing paintwork, identifying and rectifying paint defects and managing your workload efficiently.
• A commitment to safe working practices, consistent repair quality and working collaboratively to prepare vehicles to a high standard.
