Bring your Master Technician accreditation and advanced diagnostic expertise to Ford Kingston. Take on complex mechanical and electrical faults, deliver accurate repairs and be a trusted source of technical support for your workshop colleagues. £2,000 joining bonus available for all experienced Technicians.

Flexible four-day working week available.

Salaries are based on a 45-hour week. Alternative 40 and 42.5-hour working patterns are available to discuss at interview.

Why Evans Halshaw?

Basic salary: up to £47,225, depending on skills and experience.

OTE: up to £51,455, with UNCAPPED earning potential.

What you’ll bring:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification or equivalent.
• Recognised manufacturer Master Technician accreditation.
• Advanced diagnostic expertise, with confidence using specialist equipment to investigate complex mechanical and electrical faults.
• Proven experience applying systematic fault-finding techniques to identify root causes and resolve challenging vehicle issues.
• Ability to deliver accurate repairs, verify that faults have been resolved and share technical knowledge to support and mentor workshop colleagues.
