Leasing Consultant- Evans Halshaw Leasing (Hybrid working- 2 days p/w from the Derby office. Please note the office location is due to move to Annesley, Nottinghamshire at the end of 2025).

Salary of £25,662 with £6,250 bonus, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services
Evans Halshaw Leasing is a fast-paced online business specialising in personal and SME contract hire solutions, and is proudly part of the Pendragon Vehicle Management family. Working with a wide range of vehicle brands and trusted finance providers, we help customers find their next lease car through our website and partner aggregator sites.
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll handle high-quality, pre-qualified leads and use your sales expertise to guide customers through the leasing journey. Whether supporting a personal customer with their next car or helping a small business build their ideal fleet, your focus will be on understanding needs, building relationships, and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.
Your Journey as a Leasing Consultant:
- Be the first point of contact for our customer; handling inbound calls, emails and digital enquiries with energy and professionalism with the ability to turn interest into opportunity
- Get to know your customer by listening, asking the right questions and really understand what they need from their next vehicle, whether it’s for personal use or a small business fleet
- Recommend the perfect lease vehicle and package based on customer needs, while confidently introducing relevant products and services to enhance their experience
- Drive results by converting qualified leads into finance proposals and confirmed orders, consistently hitting and exceeding performance targets
- Create and manage customer records in our CRM system, ensuring all details are up to date, accurate and useful for future contact
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing customers, following up to encourage repeat business and create long-term brand advocates
- Stay ahead of the curve with in-depth knowledge of a wide range of vehicle brands, models and leasing options so you can always deliver clear, honest and informed advice
Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience working in a target-driven environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- A passion for sales, with experience upselling or cross selling products would be favourable
- Automotive experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience using CRM systems to keep the customer journey smooth and data accurate
- Confidence, enthusiasm and communication skills that make the sales environment second nature
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in product information and customer data
- Comfortable using a variety of computer systems and digital tools
- A customer-focused approach, with commitment to delivering great service and building lasting relationships
