Basic salary up to £70,000 with company car and bonus, pension, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), family PMI, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

We're seeking a strategic and collaborative Learning & Development Business Partner to lead key learning initiatives across the automotive division. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll identify capability needs and design training solutions that drive performance, support career growth, and align with business goals. This role is central to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development across a wide range of roles.

As Learning & Development Business Partner, you’ll shape and deliver programmes that enhance skills and support long-term growth. Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, you’ll work cross-functionally to embed learning into everyday practice. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder engagement, coaching expertise, and the confidence to influence at both strategic and operational levels.

As Learning & Development Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:

• Partner with senior leaders to identify operational capability needs and shape tailored learning strategies across divisions
• Design and deliver targeted training solutions through collaboration with internal Learning & Development consultants
• Lead learning needs analysis and maintain development pathways to support skills growth and career progression
• Evaluate training effectiveness using data insights to drive continuous improvement and measure impact
• Promote innovative, blended learning methods to enhance accessibility, engagement, and scalability
• Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on development planning, performance, and team capability

Requirements to be successful in the role of Learning & Development Business Partner:

• Proven experience in a Learning & Development Business Partner, Advisor or Consultant role
• Strong background in the automotive sector, with an understanding of operational capability needs
• Skilled in partnering with senior stakeholders to influence and deliver strategic development initiatives
• Expertise in training needs analysis, programme design, delivery, and evaluation across diverse functions
• Confident communicator with strong facilitation skills and a solid grasp of digital and blended learning methods
