Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Administrator to join our daily rental team. We are looking for a keen individual who is quick to react to a customer’s needs and can work under pressure under their own supervision in a fast paced and highly demanding environment.
This is a Hybrid role, based at our Head Office which has recently undergone a major refurbishment throughout.
What does the role of Daily Rental Key Account Administrator involve?
- Providing the first point of contact for key account customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by establishing and maintaining good working relationships and provide a prompt resolution of all queries via telephone, emails or the PVM rental platform, while working closely with other PVM departments, to maintain a seamless customer experience.
- Processing and administration of daily hire and Rental PLUS reservations, while ensuring accurate and timely records relating to customer and supplier communications within the PVM rental platform.
- Ensure all reservation details are inputted onto the PVM rental platform promptly and accurately, ensuring that all notes regarding reservations are available to all team members in line with our business processes.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to gain and impart information on the prompt delivery and off hire of rental vehicles.
- Conduct rental system reports to meet customer and department requirements.
- Process damage, PCN, fuel, excess mileage, and customer invoicing in line with agreed processes and timescales.
- Support sales growth by identifying opportunities within the key accounts’ portfolio.
What do you need to succeed in the role of Daily Rental Key Account Administrator?
We are looking for someone who is IT literate (proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel) with strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload with a methodical approach.
Ideally, you will have experience dealing with customers via telephone in a fast-paced, B2B customer service environment. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proven ability to work with diverse groups of people at all levels of seniority. You will be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and be able to manage time effectively in alignment with company objectives.
