We’re now looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance Team. As Junior Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key supporting role to our Central Finance Business Partners (CFBPs), helping to deliver high-quality insight and analysis that drives performance across our automotive brands.

You’ll work with large datasets, transform complex information into clear and digestible insight, and support both operational and strategic decision-making across the business.

This is a development-focused role, offering hands-on exposure to live commercial decisions and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced Finance Business Partners.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:

• Supporting the FBP’s by preparing datasets, analysis and commentary to inform commercial decisions

• Presenting financial information in a clear and accessible way to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring insight is meaningful and supports operational and strategic decisions
• Maintaining and improving reports, trackers and financial models, including supporting data validation, cleansing and automation to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting, including KPI summaries and analysis to support business reviews
• Building effective working relationships with operational teams, acting as a point of contact for data queries and supporting the design, modelling and administration of sales incentive scheme
• Communicating insights and recommendations in a structured and confident way, supporting the Central Finance Business Partners in driving commercial performance

Do you have what it takes to be a Lithia UK colleague? We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience or is a part-qualified accountant, who is motivated to build a career in Commercial Finance and develop into a future Business Partner
• Advanced Excel and strong IT capability, with the confidence to work with large datasets and turn complexity into clarity
• A sharp eye for detail, taking real pride in producing accurate, high-quality work that adds genuine value to the wider business
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to ask questions, learn and constructively challenge
• Ability to accurately interpret data and communicate your findings both verbally and in writing

• The confidence to challenge the status quo, suggest improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement of reporting and processes

It would also be great if you have exposure to financial reporting and planning systems such as OneStream, or experience using data visualisation tools like Power BI.
