Head of Business – Dual Site Role

As Head of Business for both our Ford Glasgow Sites, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance across both Ford Passenger Cars & Ford Commercials, with full dual-site accountability. These are well established businesses both having significant Sales and Aftersales operations. You will be responsible for leading both operations strategically and commercially, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience across the board.

Your Journey as a Head of Business:

  • Being accountable for delivering top financial results across each department, by offering a first-class experience for your associates and customers
  • Ensuring all processes and standards are met in line with FCA regulations, maintaining showroom excellence in line with manufacturer standards
  • Champion outstanding customer service, coaching your team to deliver the same level of excellence throughout their respective teams
  • Lead from the front on all aspects of your dealership, including new and used car sales, associated products, parts, labour and aftersales care
  • Recruit, develop and retain talented associates, motivating them to be the best they can be and supporting them with regular reviews, training and progression plans
  • Build meaningful manufacturer relationships by implementing brand strategies, policies and procedures to an exceptional level

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A proven top-performer at leadership level within the automotive sector, being driven by a passion for the industry
  • Knowledgeable of vehicle, consumer credit and trade practice legislation, with the ability to satisfy the requirements of GI Compliance and be of ‘good financial repute’
  • Experienced in managing budgets and leading high performing teams, dedicated to motivating and coaching your team to be the best they can be
  • Customer orientated with excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
