Genesis Personal Assistant (Sales Specialist)

Basic salary of £32,000 plus uncapped bonus, with company car, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.
In your role as a Genesis Personal Assistant, you'll be a vital member of our revolutionary retail team, collaborating with one of the most innovative and esteemed brands in the industry.
Reporting into the Brand Manager, you’ll execute the full sales process from initial enquiry all the way through to Handover, ensuring you deliver an exceptional experience for all our guests from start to finish. You'll be that reassuring presence at every step of the customer journey. To make this possible and set you up for success you’ll be equipped with 1st class brand and retailer training that is designed to support you get set up and play a critical role in our growth. Your Journey as a Personal Assistant:
- Creating great experiences for our guests, from the moment they make initial contact; to helping them discover their perfect vehicle; to the day they drive away their highly anticipated New or Used Genesis.
- A true ambassador for Genesis, you’ll showcase an in-depth understanding of our brand’s exclusive market position, products and services whilst representing it with pride and excellence ensuring the customer is fully informed of all offers.
- Becoming a true champion of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised.
- Driving brand awareness through social media, events and online presence whilst keeping our customers informed of brand and product news/developments, ensuring their Genesis experience is always current and exciting.
- Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations.

- Driven and fast-paced someone who enjoys working at speed while maintaining high standards and a positive, can-do attitude.
- An experienced Car Sales Executive.
Other key areas are looking for:
- Proficiency in curating unforgettable customer experiences, coupled with a relentless drive to consistently surpass sales and aftercare targets.
- Expertise in managing brand awareness, demonstrated through the orchestration and promotion of events that resonate with luxury target audiences, thereby enhancing brand recognition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effortlessly build trust and rapport, which is at the heart of our customer relationships.
- Familiarity with products and services within the automotive and retail landscape, preferably within luxury brands.
- Confidence and experience with computer systems and hold a full UK driving licence – you will be attending various events and customer meetings across the UK.

- Commitment to doing the right thing, and treating our customers fairly, continuously learning to ensure you build your level of knowledge to be able to work in a regulated environment.
