Fleet Service Administrator (Hybrid- 2 days per week in the office)

Pendragon Vehicle Management (Derby based, to move to Annesley, Nottingham anticipated March 2026)

Basic salary of £24,531, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services   

As a Fleet Service Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks within the fleet maintenance department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You’ll be highly organised, provide exceptional administrative support to our fleet and guarantee team to assist them in their objectives.  

Pendragon Vehicle Management is the Fleet Management and Leasing business within Lithia UK, itself the largest independent operator of franchised motor dealerships in Europe.  

Your Journey as a Fleet Service Administrator: 

• Focussing on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all time  

• Processing manual orders with accuracy, ensuring all paperwork and documentation is correct. 

• Accurately inputting details into our internal systems for both Fleet and Premium Warranty Vehicles 

• Communicating with external customers and garage networks ensuring high levels of professionalism and a strong telephone manner is held at all times.
