Pendragon Vehicle Management (office based) – Hybrid – Monday – Friday (09:00-17:30).
Basic salary up to £24,500, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

Evans Halshaw Leasing (EHL) is a leading digital business specialising in personal and SME contract hire. As part of Pendragon Vehicle Management and the wider Lithia UK Group, we offer access to the automotive industry’s top brands, including Porsche, Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, Mercedes, Ford, and Stellantis. You’ll work alongside Europe’s largest independent operator of franchised motor dealerships, all while contributing to a business that’s built on innovation and customer focus.
Collaborating closely with the sales team, you’ll guide customers through the process of securing their new car, keeping them informed every step of the way. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team, develop your skills, and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service in the automotive leasing industry.
Your journey as a Consumer Administrator:
- Proactively manage vehicle orders by ensuring accuracy and providing customers with regular updates on delivery timelines, keeping them informed and excited throughout the process
- Process finance documents, arranging seamless deliveries, issuing invoices, and managing essential paperwork, all while coordinating effortless contract extensions for loyal customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to guide customers through their leasing journey
- Utilise your organisation skills to efficiently enter data into our internal and external systems
- Ensure our CRM system is up to kept up to date and actioned in a timely manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing the admin inbox and phone lines to swiftly respond all queries

- Strong administrative skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel, and Word
