Divisional Re-Marketing Executive

Divisional Re-Marketing Executive

Lithia UK – Annesley, Nottingham

Competitive salary with bonus and pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

Working closely with Divisional Stock Managers, the Re-Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting Evans Halshaw’s re-marketing programme, helping to ensure vehicles are prepared, listed, and sold efficiently, contributing directly to strong performance in our auction and disposal channels.

You will support the smooth running of daily re-marketing activity by keeping vehicle information accurate, producing clear reports and assisting with live sales when required.

Your Journey as a Divisional Re-Marketing Executive:

  • Ensure vehicles are accurately described, fully documented, meet quality standards, and are prepared for listing in line with re-marketing processes.
  • Manage and maintain auction listings, support live sales by resolving issues and providing updates, liaise with auction partners for smooth operations, and provide evening or weekend support as required.
  • Build and update pre‑sale and post‑sale performance reports using Excel, monitoring key performance indicators such as sale price, conversion rate and speed of sale whilst identifying and escalating data inconsistencies to the Divisional Manager.
  • Work closely with dealerships, internal teams, and auction partners to share updates on vehicle status and provide general administrative and operational support to the re-marketing function.
  • Ensure adherence to Group re-marketing processes and quality standards, support smooth vehicle disposal, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Do you have what it takes to be a Lithia UK colleague? We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience within re-marketing or the motor trade is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with data and spreadsheets are desirable.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment are key to success in this role.
  • Full training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate can confidently support all aspects of the remarketing process.

What we can offer you:

  • Enjoy 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), giving you more time to relax, recharge, and do what you love
  • Celebrate your special day with an extra day off on your birthday
  • Our industry-leading Family Leave Policies ensure you’re supported when it matters most
  • Access a new car through our Salary Sacrifice scheme and enjoy a smarter way to drive
  • Take a paid day to volunteer and give back to a cause close to your heart
  • We believe in recognising dedication and loyalty, that’s why we celebrate long service milestone anniversaries
  • Unlock your potential with tailored training and endless career growth opportunities
  • Commute for less with our cycle to work scheme
  • Access high street discounts to make the everyday a little more rewarding
