Digital Sales Advisor

As a Digital Sales Advisor you’ll play a key part within our network leading contact centre, working with one of the best brands in the business and supported by our experienced leaders. At Stratstone, our Digital Sales Advisors are the first point of contact for digital sales enquiries, attentively listening to their needs and recommending suitable products and services.

You’ll manage new and used car digital sales enquiries across all channels for the BMW, MINI & Motorrad Division. You’ll conduct inbound and outbound communication converting enquiries into appointments, test drives and opportunities for sales, whilst building strong relationships with our customers ensuring that their satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:

  • Expertly managing inbound and outbound calls with a commitment to delivering best-in-class speed of response and customer experience.
  • Building authentic relationships and strong rapport with every customer, with a key focus on enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Being a true brand fan, knowledgeable on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence.
  • Ensuring systems stay up to date in accordance with database protocols and guidelines.

Do you have what it takes to be an Stratstone colleague? We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Equipped with previous customer-facing experience, preferably with knowledge of the automotive industry
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers
  • Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages, database experience is desirable.
  • Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols.
  • Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve.
