We're looking for a talented Dent Repair Technician (PDR) to join our team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are repaired to the highest standards, helping us deliver an exceptional experience every time.

What does the role of Dent Repair Technician involve?

• Assessing vehicle damage and identifying the most effective repair method.
• Carrying out Paintless Dent Repairs (PDR) and removing dents, creases and minor bodywork damage.
• Preparing panels and surfaces for refinishing where required.
• Estimating repair times and costs accurately.
• Maintaining detailed records of completed work.
• Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and company standards.
• Contributing to a safe, organised and productive workshop environment.

What do you need to succeed as a Dent Repair Technician?

• An NVQ in Vehicle Body Repair or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working as a Dent Repair Technician or in a similar vehicle body repair role.
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
