Dealership Coordinator
Stratstone Audi Shrewsbury
Part Time - 25 Hours Per Week - Monday to Friday - 9.30am-2.30pm
Basic salary of £16,523.00, pension, life assurance, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

As a Dealership Coordinator - you’ll work closely with our dedicated dealership team and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all dealership administration, contributing to the overall success of our business. Reporting into the Head of Business you’ll support the dealership with administrative tasks across numerous internal departments as well as supporting with administration within recruitment, learning & development, HR, insurance and processing invoices.
You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:
- Efficiently handle a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining records, processing documentation and managing communication within the dealership
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support to enhance the customer journey
- Support the planning and execution of dealership events, including product launches, promotional activities and team events
- Serve as the central communication link between departments, facilitating the flow of information to ensure a well-coordinated, efficient operation
- Support our leaders with recruitment activities from shortlisting candidates, to assisting with their onboarding
- Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts for our dealership to enhance our online presence, promoting Stratstone's brand across platforms
- Giving every visitor a warm, attentive welcome and supporting them throughout their visit in a friendly, thoughtful and polished manner
- Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism establishing their needs to ensure they are connected to the correct department/team member first time
- Maintaining immaculate customer-facing spaces, ensuring our showroom, waiting areas and reception always looks their best
- Managing the dealership diary, updating records and supporting the team with general administrative duties that help our site run smoothly
Also includes Health and Safety Coordinator responsibilities
- Maintaining the stores H&S eLearning completion levels
- Accurate completion of key H&S forms/checklists
- Monitoring and closure of H&S related actions
- Liaise with contractors and the central H&S team regarding key compliance testing and required works
- Communicate and distribute key H&S messages and instructions provided inclusive of on site inductions for new starters and contractors
- To raise and assist in the addressing of H&S issues/concerns
- To log and report H&S incidents that occur at the store
- Be actively engaged in H&S communications and channels
- Be present for and contribute to Store H&S Audit
