An exciting opportunity has arisen within our daily rental team for a Daily Rental Administrator due to the ongoing growth of this department. We are looking for a keen individual who is quick to react to a customer’s needs, has the ability to work under pressure under their own supervision in a fast paced and highly demanding environment..
What does the role of Daily Rental Administrator involve?
Putting our customers’ needs at the heart of absolutely everything you do, you’ll focus on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times. You will have excellent telephone manor, good IT skills and an understanding of Windows and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
You will be responsible for the processing and administration of daily hire and Rental PLUS bookings, liaising with both customers and suppliers throughout the course of the working day to ensure our high level of operational efficiencies are maintained at all times. Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with the Customer, you will progress all rentals as well as terminate vehicle rental as requested by the customer via the relevant off hire process system.
Other responsibilities will include all filing/administration forms being accurately completed, ensuring any SLA’s agreed are achieved, as well as carrying out other tasks and duties as may reasonably be required.
What do you need to succeed in the role of Daily Rental Administrator?
Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy and fast paced administrative environment. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and the confidence to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels.
With a focus on providing exceptional levels of customer service at all times, you must be computer literate with outstanding attention to detail. You will also be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
