Customer Services Administrator (Hybrid- Hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm weekdays) Based in Derby until the end of 2025 when the office will move to Annesley Nottinghamshire.

Pendragon Vehicle Management is seeking to recruit a motivated, highly organised experienced Customer Service Administrator to be part of our team.
As a Pendragon Vehicle Management Administrator your daily responsibilities will be:
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner
- Ordering vehicles via our internal and external supplier chain
- Proactively managing status reports
- Driver updates completed
- Effectively communicate with customers and manage their expectations
- Arranging deliveries
- Data entry into several systems
- Working closely with the EV Specialist
- Provide exceptional customer service skills and focus
Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy and fast paced administrative environment. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and the confidence to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels.
With a focus on providing exceptional levels of customer service at all times, you must be computer literate with outstanding attention to detail. You will also be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
