As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be a key part of our Aftersales team—helping to build lasting relationships with our customers and supporting the continued success of our service department. You'll have the opportunity to be involved with:
- Contacting existing Hatfields customers who are due a service, MOT or maintenance appointment, ensuring they receive a proactive and professional customer experience
- Building strong relationships with customers whilst identifying opportunities to promote and upsell relevant products and services
- Managing customer interactions through our Pinnacle Data Management System and manufacturer platforms, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
- Supporting the Service department with a variety of administration tasks before and after customer contact
- Delivering excellent customer service through effective telephone communication and problem-solving
- Providing occasional support to the Service Advisor team during periods of holiday or sickness absence
- Playing an important role in customer retention by helping customers get the very best from their ownership experience
Do you have what it takes to be a Hatfields colleague, were looking for someone who is:
- A confident and professional communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences
- Experienced in a call centre, telesales or customer service environment, with the ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities
- Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable working with computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- A collaborative team player who is open to new ideas and appreciates the difference each person makes
- Motivated to learn, develop and continuously improve
- Creative in their approach to problem-solving and committed to delivering the best possible outcome for customers
Experience within the automotive industry or a dealership environment would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
You must also be able to pass a satisfactory DBS check.
