Car Park Attendant

Part Time - 25 hours per week. (7.30am - 12.30pm Monday - Friday)

As a Car Park Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership by maintaining an organised, safe and professional vehicle display across the site. You'll be responsible for vehicle movements, vehicle checks and providing a friendly, welcoming experience for customers and visitors.

With excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach, you'll help ensure our forecourt and dealership environment reflects the high standards our customers expect.

For the Car Park Host role, it is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence.

What does the role of Car Park Attendant involve?

• Ensuring vehicles are parked, displayed and secured in the correct locations across the dealership and forecourt
• Maintaining an organised, safe and professional vehicle display at all times
• Receiving vehicles from suppliers and carrying out basic vehicle condition checks, reporting any damage where required
• Supporting with the movement of vehicles around the dealership to meet operational requirements
• Assisting with vehicle deliveries and collections as required
• Providing a courteous and professional service to customers, visitors and colleagues
• Supporting the wider dealership team with ad-hoc duties, deliveries and collections when required
• Representing the company positively through high standards of professionalism and care

What do you need to succeed as a Car Park Attendant?

• A full UK driving licence
• Confidence driving and manoeuvring a variety of vehicles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A reliable, flexible and professional approach to work
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider dealership team
• Previous experience in a customer-facing, driving or automotive environment would be advantageous
