Lithia UK

Up to £60,000 basic salary with bonus, car allowance, pension, critical illness, life assurance, private health care, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

At Lithia UK, we are redefining the future of automotive retail. As part of one of the world’s largest automotive groups, we are on an exciting journey of transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement. Our mission is clear: to modernise personal transportation and deliver outstanding experiences for our customers and colleagues alike.

To drive this evolution, we are seeking a Business Transformation Manager - a forward-thinking professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering strategic change across the organisation, influencing key stakeholders, and ensuring that innovation is embedded at the heart of our operations.

Sitting within our Technology & Innovation team and reporting directly to the Director of Change & Innovation, you will take ownership of high-impact initiatives, translating strategic objectives into tangible, data-driven action plans. Your ability to navigate complex business challenges, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive measurable results will be essential to the success of this role.

If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving meaningful change, we want to hear from you.

Your Journey as the Business Transformation Manager:

  • Lead the scoping, initiating, and delivery of key transformation programmes, ensuring seamless integration into the business
  • Develop well-structured business cases that demonstrate the value and feasibility of proposed initiatives
  • Collaborate with operational teams to design and implement practical, customer-focused solutions that drive measurable improvements and add value
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track programme success, using a data-driven approach
  • Manage programme delivery with clarity and consistency, proactively addressing risks, and ensuring business readiness
  • Support and influence wider business change initiatives, embedding effective methodologies across the organisation
  • Identify and champion future transformation opportunities that align with our strategic vision
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, ensuring that stakeholders are engaged and aligned throughout the change journey
  • Constructively challenge existing processes and decision-making to drive optimal outcomes

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? What we’re looking for:

  • A structured and analytical thinker, capable of breaking down complex challenges into clear, actionable plans
  • Proven experience in scoping, planning, and delivering change programmes in a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and their application in a business setting
  • Comfortable managing large-scale data sets and leveraging insights to drive business and customer value
  • Confidence in challenging the status quo, while offering well-seasoned solutions
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, proactively driving decisions and outcomes
  • A track record of working cross-functionally, building trusted relationships at all levels
  • The ability to analyse risks and impacts, articulate mitigation strategies, and present clear recommendations
  • A quick learner who asks insightful questions and considers multiple perspectives before forming decisions

  • Enjoy 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), giving you more time to relax, recharge, and do what you love
