Are you a confident customer service superstar who’s passionate about cars and building relationships with Customers? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join the team as a Ferrari Ambassador
As Ferrari Ambassador, you will be a brand enthusiast for the dealership by being a true Ferrari guru, keeping up to date on all new technologies and products as they are released which will support a personal, high-quality and exclusive customer care and service. Working alongside the Aftersales and sales teams you will spend your time with customers developing long lasting, fruitful relationships.
What does the role of the Ferrari Aftersales Ambassador involve?
- Sell Ferrari Genuine Accessories through various means; targeting New, Used and Aftersales customers to hit monthly and annual targets.
- Working closely with parts department and service to manage ongoing Ferrari Genuine Accessories orders and manage ETA of accessories with cars being booked into the workshops
- Be a brand ambassador by being a part of dealership events and representing the OEM on numerous events.
- Taking part in miscellaneous dealership duties.

Having sales, social media and B2C experience is desired.
What do you need to succeed as a Ferrari Aftersales Ambassador?
- You’ll have previous customer facing experience preferably in the automotive/retail industry
- You’ll have the drive and passion to succeed in a fast-paced role and industry
- You’ll have a true passion for customer care, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
- You’ll be able to absorb information quickly and effectively communicate this with your peers and customers
- You’ll be confident communicator who can engage and build relationships with customers quickly
- You’ll have great organisational and time keeping skills to manage your diary with your customers effectively
