We are currently seeking a Blue Prism Process Controller to support and administer the day to day running of our Blue Prism live environment.
Sitting within our Automation Centre of Excellence and reporting directly to the Head of Automation, the Blue Prism Process Controller will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimising Blue Prism automated processes, with an understanding of Blue Prism technology, you will have excellent problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of automated workflows.
Your Responsibilities as a Process Controller:
- Monitor and manage Blue Prism automated processes to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Blue Prism processes, minimising downtime and ensuring continuity of operations.
- Collaborate with process developers and process analysts to implement improvements and enhancements to existing automated processes.
- Perform maintenance and updates to Blue Prism processes to ensure they remain effective and aligned with business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Blue Prism processes and best practices.
- Document process changes, updates, and troubleshooting steps to maintain comprehensive records relating to the operation of live processes.
Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? What we’re looking for:
- Ideally, experience of working in a COE utilising Blue Prism technology.
- Previous experience of business processes is preferable, particularly in the finance arena (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay etc).
- Good written skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed and accurate documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
This position would offer an ideal route over time into the role of Blue Prism Developer. Training / mentoring for this would be available.
