Aftersales Managers within Stratstone play a critical role to ensure our customers receive an exceptional level of service from both front of house/workshop and everything in between. You will support in driving a collaborative culture amongst our colleagues. • A proven track record of continuous improvements to processes within a premium or luxury brand.
• Communication - we need you to be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at every level of the business.
• Motivational Leadership to all of our aftersales colleagues, taking responsibility for performance and our colleagues professional development.
