A basic salary of £27,072.36 plus bonus, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

As an Aftersales customer experience advisor for Porsche, you will support our customers with their enquires and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

• passionate about exciting your customers each day and believe in going above and beyond   to exceed their expectations.
• Support our customers who phone to make bookings for vehicle servicing and repairs or general enquiries.
• Respond to customer enquiries across other channels, such as e-mail, SMS, live chat, and social media.
• Help us maintain strong customer relations by proactively contacting customers after their visit to our Porsche dealership.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure our customer receives an outstanding level of service.
• Provide key support to our dealership colleagues by maintaining accurate customer and vehicle data.

With full training available from our dedicated Learning and Development team, you don’t need automotive experience to be successful. You’ll just need to:

• Be an excellent communicator
• Be happy to work to set objectives and within agreed timescales.
• Self-motivated, organised with a strong attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively as part of a smaller & wider team
