Our Inclusion Steering Committee, which is open to everyone, meet on a quarterly basis to ensure that this passion translates into action. They drive positive change, review the objectives of our DEI strategy and listen to the feedback our colleagues share with us.
The steering committee works in partnership with our colleague network groups to make sure that change is delivered by colleagues, for colleagues.

Our Ability Network aims to be a safe space and give confidence to enable colleagues to have meaningful conversations about both physical disabilities and neurodiversity.
Our Faith & Culture Network has a goal of building a sense of belonging for all, creating a community that celebrates everyone’s cultural background and faith without judgement. This space is about sharing our differences and recognising what makes us human.
Our Gender Network is dedicated to advancing gender equality and inclusivity for all colleagues. No matter how you identify, gender equality is everyone’s responsibility. People of all genders experience inequalities and barriers.
Our LGBTQ+ Network are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for all LGBTQ+ colleagues and their allies. We are committed to driving change, fostering awareness and celebrating the unique contributions of our LGBTQ+ colleagues.
Our Race & Ethnicity Network want to start turning the dial and empowering meaningful change within the business. Colleagues and allies from all ethnic minority backgrounds are invited to join a fresh conversation about how to progress our race equality journey.
Our Working Parents & Carers Network is for anyone balancing professional life with parenting or caring responsibilities. We invite all colleagues to share experiences and discuss how we can support one another.
