Here at Lithia UK, we are proud that we work in partnership with our colleague D&I networks to celebrate, educate and continually improve our workplace environment.
It’s important to us that everyone takes personal ownership for how they show up and behave because we want all colleagues to feel a sense of belonging.

Our colleague networks are open to all. They are inclusive not exclusive. They offer connection, opportunities for deliberation, education and support with a collective goal of creating a sense of belonging for all. - Faith & Culture Network aim to create a community that celebrates everyone’s cultural background and faiths, without judgment. The Network is about sharing our differences and recognising what makes us human.
- Ability Network aims to bring a positive change and give confidence that enables colleagues to have meaningful conversations about disability, at dealership and Group level.
- Race & Ethnicity Network are keen to turn the dial and empower meaningful change within the business. Colleagues representing all ethnic minority backgrounds, as well as allies, are invited to join a fresh conversation about how to support and progress the Group’s race equality inclusion journey here at Lithia UK.
- Gender Network believe that no matter how you identify, gender equality is everyone’s responsibility. Men and women, inclusive of colleagues who may identify as Trans or non-binary, experience inequalities and barriers and the network are dedicated to advancing gender equality and inclusivity for all.
- Pride Network and its members are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for all LGBTQ+ colleagues and Pride allies. The network helps to drive positivity, increase greater awareness and celebrate the contributions of our LGBTQ+ colleagues.
