As a Master Paint Technician, you’ll be tasked with carrying out all aspects of paint spraying on a wide range of vehicles in our new, state-of-the-art workshops. Working with all the latest equipment, you will also be responsible for minor body repair work for vehicles.

To be a Master Paint Technician, it is essential that you hold a full UK drivers’ licence.

What does the role of Master Paint Technician involve?

• Carry out all aspects of paint spraying on a wide range of vehicles, as well as minor body repair work
• Prepare paint spraying equipment and bodywork of the car
• Maintain and clean equipment, as well as storing the paints in the correct conditions
• Managing inventory of paints and equipment

What do you need to succeed as a Master Paint Technician?

• A relevant Body and Paint Maintenance qualification City and Guilds, IMI or BTEC
• Experience in painting but not necessarily automotive
