Head Office (Hybrid, 1-2 days in the office per week) Annesley, Nottingham
Basic salary up to £30,000, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
At Lithia UK, our people are at the heart of every decision we make, and as our HR Finance Analyst, you’ll support the HR FBP with monthly variable pay tasks, analysis work, and operational query management. This is an exciting opportunity to blend analytical thinking with a people-first approach, supporting HR and operational leaders across our nationwide business.
You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:
- Review monthly variable pay models, checking accuracy and making sure everything aligns with scheme rules
- Investigate anomalies, highlight concerns early, and help resolve issues before they become problems
- Support the HR FBP team with the month-end pay check process, ensuring a smooth and timely sign-off
- Respond to variable pay queries from managers and teams, record recurring themes, and work with sites to eliminate root causes
- Build positive relationships with operational teams, helping improve understanding, reduce repeat issues, and strengthen accuracy across the business
- Maintain clear logs of scheme changes, approvals and updates so everyone has the information they need
- Track the performance of schemes, including uptake, accuracy, effectiveness, and overall cost
- Create simple but engaging monthly dashboards that highlight trends, themes, and areas for focus

- Organised and process-minded, able to follow structured workflows while always looking for improvements
- Clear and calm in communication, especially when explaining data findings or discussing queries with operational teams
- Curious and eager to learn, especially about how pay schemes drive performance and behaviours
- A team player who builds strong relationships and enjoys supporting others to succeed
