Accounts Administrator

Accounts Administrator (part-time, 30 hours per week, to be worked Monday-Friday)

Driveway Vehicle Solutions (Hybrid- to be worked at our Head Office 2 days per week)

Basic salary up to £20,000 with pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases and aftersales services 

We’re looking for a proactive Accounts Administrator to join our Sales Ledger team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and detail, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely financial support that the business can rely on.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Raise and process manual invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Manage the Sales Ledger inbox, responding to queries and providing clear, helpful support to customers and internal teams
  • Produce regular financial reports to support business decision-making
  • Provide ad hoc financial information to senior leaders when required, helping support operational and strategic decisions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Support wider finance team activities and assist with additional tasks as required in a busy, evolving environment

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? What we’re looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in an accounts, finance or sales ledger environment (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to queries and work collaboratively with colleagues
  • A proactive, “can do” attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong Excel and IT skills, with confidence using spreadsheets and financial systems
  • A strong team mindset, with the ability to support others and contribute to shared goals
  • A genuine willingness to learn and develop within a finance environment
